Qe Mai is just wonderful. She has helped to straighten out my medications. She is very pleasant to work with. I enjoy seeing her or talking with her.
I have had a great experience with my therapists. The first one assigned was great in helping me understand what exactly I was going through has also happened to many other people and has a name. So I was able to do a lot of research and learned a lot about my situation and how to manage. She ended up leaving the company to start her own practice. I called and scheduled an appointment with Janet for an ongoing anxiety / depression issue that I have had for 42 years After meeting with Janet from the Lowell Ma office we decided on making an adjustment on my medication. She cut back the medication and changed the type which has helped me tremendously. As well as giving me information on coping skills Janet is very professional and we meet monthly to discuss how I feel and to refill prescriptions Ii am very happy with the care and service from Northeast health
