Man oh man, if it were possible to give a 5,000 star review, that is what I would give the Plymouth location of Northeast Health Services. Truly!!! I've been seeing Kristen Sampson now for 2 years at now 3 different places. The key to good and beneficial therapy is finding the right therapist, finding "your person" in therapy. And I'm immensely proud to say that Kristen is my person. As long as she's willing to see me, she's the only person I ever want to work with in therapy. I see Anne for my medications and I receive so much more than just medication guidance. Anne cares and takes the time to see the whole me, not solely the presenting symptoms. She observes and points out positive transformations in myself that I otherwise would have not noticed. Anne doesn’t rely on medications being the entire answer and I love that! My practioner, Leanne, is so caring and concerned about my well being. Always tells me that i can call/see her if i need to before my next appt. Practioner focuses on my strengths and kindly helps me wirk thru my weaknesses. The front office: Staff so helpful and polite. I did not get a telehealth link for my most recent appt. until 10 mins. Into my scheduled appt time. So i missed my appt and had to reschedule. I did call the office for help but could only leave a voicemail-there was no option to talk to a staff member. So ... read more

My family member sought help and started seeing Veronica Fitzgerald, APRN. She said she would "work on" getting a neuropsych eval. (Never saying who or where, but that there are months long wait lists.) She prescribed a medication that can induce mania. When they returned stating they still felt agitated, she doubled the dosage. After she increased the dose, I was able to help them find a neuropsychologist who diagnosed them as bipolar and recognized symptoms of mania, explaining they would be willing to reach out to their p... read more
