I am always welcomed by reception with a warm smile and asked for my first name only and who am I seeing. My therapist always arrives to the reception area within minutes with a warm smile , “how are you?” , and proceeds to escort me into her very private office . I get a full hour of ‘one-on-one’ time with her, without any disruption or distractions.

My experience here was frustrating at best from start to finish. It took nearly a month just to get a first appointment. When I finally got in, my therapist was almost 15 minutes late and ended the session before time was up. Then the second appointment was cancelled a few days out because the therapist had a training, though I had already rearranged my schedule for them. I had best therapist in 30 yrs of being in therapy she just retired so happy for her but I have met Tom and I feel hopeful
I had to leave one of the best therapist I had in 30 years. I’m very glad she’s retiring. I’m moving on with her life and I got very lucky to meet Tom and we’ve been having really good sessions and today I’m going to meet the doctor and I’m excited to start a new chapter in my life and I think you guys I hope you guys will be in it.
