Both providers I work with, Jordyn for talk therapy and Regina for adhd medications are wonderful. I’ve worked with other providers with whom I didn’t always feel heard or understood. Both Jordyn and Regina make me feel like a patient they care about. They’re always prepared and willing to work with me on any aspect of my care. First let me say my prescriber and therapist were AMAZING and I adored them both and literally had a massive panic attack when I had to cancel all services with this disturbing company. I was told I had to have a credit card on file which I did and then asked what they would be charging and I was told a $25 copay which I approved. Before I knew it I had hundreds of dollars charged to my card within 2 weeks while seeking mental help partially for financial reasons. No warning at all.
