Staff explained things very well along with the video. They made me very comfortable. The procedure was very timely and I received a good post op instructions.
The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. We appreciate your encouragement and skill. The only negative happened when there was no one there to answer the phone. It took awhile to figure out which person to choose out of those mentioned by the answering machine.
