Maintenance is great! Unfortunately I do not know the maintenance guy’s name who helped me today but he was great!! (So is the entire team) I did not expect anyone to come today since I put the ticket in so close to 4pm I assumed someone would just come tomorrow but he came over so fast and fixed the problem with my dryer! Thank you so much!! :)
Maintenance help I can’t remember the two gentlemen that came out to assist me with my smoke alarm that was malfunctioning. They were amazing. They were quick and were not going to give up, it ended up being something that was my fault and they were so nice about it and I appreciate all of their help.

Resident North Park has been a really nice place to live and the staff are super responsive!
NorthPark Place Apartments Very nice and friendly staff and community was always clean and neat. Whatever the maintenance they will be resolving it mostly by next day.

We feel like home We moved to the US 1 1/2 years and one of the first big questions was, where to move, and the first address we were told by friends who also live here, was North Park Place... And we're so happy about these recommendations! We love living here and took like no time to feel at home here... Recent Move -In I haven’t been here long, but I can tell you how much happier I am here than my former apartment. I love the fact that Northpark Place is professionally managed and everyone in the leasing office is consistently professional, friendly, welcoming and eager to help.
