Very relaxed, the Hygenist was very through and very nice. Showed me pictures and explained things very well. I was concerned when I checked out though. She was going to bill me 180 some dollars but I told her it should be covered by my Aetna Medicare Advantage Plan because they pay for 2 cleanings and 1 set of X-rays each year so the insurance gal came out and looked at something and told me they would send it into insurance. So if they get that figured out I’ll be great!

I have not been to the dentist in atleast 5 years. I was referred to Northstar by a co worker. I have never, never, had a cleaning, where I didn't feel like they were digging for Gold. Wow, today was so different. I even had gingivitis, which calls for a deeper cleaning. Whole staff was wonderful. Everyone came to me, including the financial girl.
