I love the practice and the spa-like feel. But I was a disappointed when I showed up to my appt and was not seen by my usual dentists Dr. Kulesa or Pfeiffer. I was told they moved to the new office but no one warned me about this change. I would have gone to the new office had I known. It felt like a bad breakup. Dr. Sang, who saw me, was indeed very kind and sweet and nice, but I hadn’t established a long-lasting relationship with her like I had with the other two. Wonderful experience as always! Front desk, hygienist and doctor always kind, considerate, friendly and fast!
Every single dentist I’ve met has been warm and knowledgeable. They’ve explained concerns/questions in friendly manner. Never had to wait for original appointment time and when I had to wait for a follow up the same day (maybe 10 minutes and they told me beforehand) I got to have a hand wax treatment. Love this place!
I rarely write reviews but today I felt like I needed to. My dental hygienist was fantastic. Personable, kind, genuinely cared about me so this review has nothing to do with her. However, my actual dentist that stepped in today because my other dentist was busy was rude to me. It seemed like she was annoyed and I was a burden to her because I let them know my permanent retainer was loose. My hygienist was great and gentle. Loved her. Very friendly. My Dr was very kind and helpful.
Commitment to finding my issue and coming up with a plan. The assistant and the Dr were very nice and caring.
