Everything was explained as to what was going to happen. All of my questions were answered very well. The tooth extraction was done very quickly without much discomfort. Both ladies were very professional.
First day. First experience. This practice was referred to us by a neighbor. First impression, hard to find the driveway. However, nice new building, great lobby, great tour by Casey including "wet" bar, Restrooms, pre appt tooth brushing area, welcome gift. iPads to complete all electronic registration. All of this prior to meeting the Dental Hygienist. Olivia then took me back showed me all of general dentistry area and then surgical rooms. They are fine. Hidden costs. Hard to know which dentist you will see. They are reluctant to refer outside of the practice.
We always have a fantastic visit at Northstar family dentist...Dr. Otieno...Ashley and the staff is exceptional...very courteous..friendly and family atmosphere at all times...the best family dentistry in the State..
Everyone did everything to make me feel comfortable. Dr. Weber did great as usual..
The staff are very caring and do an awesome job!
