From the moment I walked in I felt valued and at home! Brooke, my hygienist was very attentive, listened, explained everything to me in detail, and was gentle but thorough with my X-rays and cleaning. Dr. Barnes was much the same; gentle, friendly, professional, and explained things to me very well. Treatment was recommended and I met with Bev, the treatment coordinator who was not pushy, gave me the facts, and made me feel comfortable with my decision. The staff here is amazing! I recently had a loss of a beloved pet and the entire staff sent me a sympathy card and everyone had such kind words! It was a great comfort to me in this very difficult time. All of them are loving and caring and go way out of their way to make you comfortable and feel confident. Going to the dentist has NEVER been easier! A million star review! Dr. Pfeiffer is competent, caring , kind, and really knows her stuff!
