Everyone from front desk to the closing room were very courteous. It’s funny that I ended up at the wrong office. They have more than one but it was no problem at all. Documentation was quickly transmitted and the process continued. Brad explained all of the paperwork thoroughly and It went quickly. Very efficient experience.
