Let me start off by saying most of the teachers are great, the way the programs are run is trash. They never give you adequate information in a timely manner. They will tell you Monday it’s mandatory for you to be there Wednesday during hours you aren’t scheduled for class, they don’t give you your schedule for next semester until the day or two before it starts, the lab is not stocked correctly to perform, and going to anyone who is a higher up then a teacher you get the run around and the teachers themselves don’t have a l... read more

Business response:

Thank you Savannah for leaving us feedback. I was disappointed to read your less than favorable review of our Houston NW Campus. Our records do not indicate that you attended or have an affiliation with CHCP. However, please reach out to me directly at the campus 713-425-3100 and ask for Ian Avington, the Campus President. We want all of our students and community to have a 5 star experience with CHCP Houston NW.

The financial aid office never answered the phone when I called and I wasn’t notified of this “30-day thing until a few days before the deadline. I had just finished Mod 1 with Dr. George (he’s s... read more

The following is the experience my aunt had at CHCP NW Houston billing/coding.... My aunt is not a 1 or 2 but a 3 time cancer survivor. At almost 50 she decided to go back to school. After working very hard to maintain a 3.98 gpa, she was excited to get her new career started...until, it was time to place her with her externship. She was told that she was not going to get a good placement because of her appearance. Unfortunately, chemo and radiation took a toll on her appearance, especially by severely weakening her teeth. N... read more
