I am new to Texas and when I walked into the Northwest Campus Mrs. Tammy was there with a big smile and a welcoming spirit along with everyone else in the building. What stood out to me, was that Mrs. Tammy in particular made me feel like a had a chance, i expressed to her i would get discouraged sometimes being a single mother, new to Texas all while working a full time job. My advisor Nahomy was the absolute best. She would message and email me making sure I had everything I needed and would check on me, making sure I was okay! She’s super helpful and encouraging, CHCP is lucky to have someone like her!!
