The staff was very personable and friendly. She gave me full service: explained the rule and expectations from me as the renter/occupant and the services offered, a tour of the location of my unit and the view of the unit. The responsibilities of paying of my rental fee was fully explained so there was not doubt in my mind about what is expected.
