We have had several units with Northwest Self Storage and have always had a great experience. Customer service is good, facilities are clean and well maintained. We just switched units with them and they gave us a discount just because. Would confidently recommend!
I rented a space here for years, from back when it was Armadillo Storage. When Jeff Sidenstick and Colette took over management, it was a great experience! They were responsive, available, and wonderful to work with. My needs changed and I regret having to relocate closer to home. I recommend them highly!
I have stored my RV at the indoor storage at Northwest for the past 1-1/2 years and have been extremely pleased with the facility and staff. The units are well maintained and Jeff S. (the manager) has been very accommodating of any requests I have made of him. Good value and great place to store my RV.
This place is a good run of the mill storage facility- clean and safe. The thing that sets it apart is the service! Jeff, the manager, is one of the kindest most helpful people I've ever had a business dealing with. He went above and beyond MULTIPLE times to help my grandmother and I as we tried to get her moved. Amazing, amazing service.

Reasonable prices, awesome staff/management. Worked with us on so many issues from our out-of-state move. I cannot recommend them enough!
I've been a customer since they opened. They have increased pricing about 4 or 5 times since I moved in, from $99 up to $164 for a 10x10 unit. I don't see this pattern changing anytime soon. Also, they require renters insurance, which is fine, and I've had my own insurance policy on file with them since the beginning because State Farm is WAY cheaper for WAY better insurance. Three price increases in one year? C'mon. I know owners need new lairs in volcanoes and the like, but $167 now for a 10x20' out in Dogpatch? Lay off the pipe guys.
