I've been using self storages for 20 years and I've been blessed last few years with having a wonderful Manager working at the Hazel Dell branch named Sherri, I couldn't ask for more by knowing someone like her is in charge of keeping my storage unit safe and secure on daily basis, thanks Sherri.

Rented a unit today and was so impressed with the young lady Tiffany in the office and the facility. She was very friendly and really cared about what my situation was. She went over and beyond to help me find the perfect size. This day in age people dont know what customer service is but iam glad i found someone who does. The facility was very clean and had heated units. I will be recommending the hwy 99 Northwest self storage to everyone i know.

I went here looking for a 5'x5' unit. At first the prices were not a bargain, but comparable to other storage places. When I reserved my unit and began moving in, I noticed that there was already s padlock on my unit. Long story short, someone was using that storage unit without paying for it and rather than having me wait for him to clear it out, they were very accommodating and upgraded me to a 7'x10' unit that is climate controlled for the same price as the 5'x5'. If it would be possible to give this experience a negative score, it would not be sufficient to rate this place. Yes, it's clean, assumably secure, I wouldn't know, I don't sleep there, but the dark cloud of corporate negligence and greed coupled with the clipboard-bearing snot running the facility and their AI voicemail system, well, you get the picture. I just received my 2nd rent increase in less than a year, now about 75% above the initial rate. The 1st increase was after one month at the initial rate and I thought about moving elsewhere but the increase was only about 20% and I knew that the rates online were teasers and kept putting it off. Now, I'm out of there. BTW, my unit was one of a number broken into. They've never gotten around to replacing, let alone upgrading, the garage door latching mechanism that you use for your padlock.

I went to pay my rent. I told the manager that we would be leaving on the 21st which is only four days away but I still had to pay my rent in full and not get any refund so I'm paying $79 for four days these people are crooks, the manager at the counter is very rude and does not do her job like she says she does few times. She said she was gonna give me a call every time I walked in there to pay my rent which she said over and over she's full of crap. I stored things here between my sophomore and junior year of college. We loaded everything in no problem, and locked the unit before we left. We got a phone call a month later saying that the unit was not secured. I asked what we could do and no one helped us. I called and called and left messages and got hung up on multiple times. Finally, someone told us we could sign a form and fax it back and they would cut the lock, give us a new one, and resecure the unit. I waited a month for a call back from him that never came.
