Been there less than a month. Had some hacks do some work there. Left the doors open to the weather on the sides of the doors for about ten days. Than I show up and my door is unsecured because one of the rails was totally unbolted. Then after less than a month they are raising my rent from $167.00 to $234.00 after one month. Then I was told they would do this every 90 to 120 days. This is extortion. Run don't walk from these pos's. I hope the CEO knows the public has had it.

This place is a joke. Do not store anything you care about here. My things were ruined because of the rodent infestation. Hopefully me and my family weren't exposed to Hantavirus. The parent company knows about the infestation and does nothing.

I didn't get storage for my student in time for the summer, so I had to go here. I needed storage for 1 month and one day. Our contract was from August 16- September 16. I was unable to move my students stuff out until September 17th. I had to pay for the whole month, this place does not pro rate no matter what. I called to confirm that I had to pay a whole month for 1 day, and they said yes. Other storage facilities do pro-rate, I called 3 others to ask, unfortunate they were full. Increased my rent twice in less than a year, be warned. Otherwise the service was fine but they're greedy.

I paid money for my belonging to turn into a rat den , rat piss and shit everywhere . mold everywhere . i called ahead to make sure that automatic payment was turned off & i was charged anyways after an employee told me i would not . do not get a unit from these POS !

I basically gave this place 1600 dollars over the course of 15 months to turn my belongings into toxic waste. I arrive to find that all my boxes have been tunneled into and pissed and shit on by rodents. My clothes, shredded, my cookware, piles of crap all over them. So after all of that money I've had to get rid of all my belongings. I love how they made it sound like my fault too when I told them, "Didn't you stack your boxes up neatly?!?" WHAT? Excuse me? Awful! Absolutely horrible!! Don't rent from them! Spend a little more money and get an indoor storage unit. Unless you want your belongings covered in mold and mouse poop. I have about $4000 in loss because they don't take care of their mouse problem. All of my boxes had holes in them and were covered in mouse pee and poop. My couch and mattress not only have mouse poop all over them but are covered in mold. Management did nothing to help me! They "compensated" my February rent.
