The best. Sarah is awesome and very polite. I have not had any problems there and it's the best place to store things.

I rented a unit online and then had to locks because there was two doors right next to each other that paid for to get in the unit then within the first week or two that I'm there this bolt cutter is hanging around there. There's a bunch of tweakers, crazy stuff going on there all nights all times of the day and then yesterday I go is completely flooded. Everything's wet which way from above below very disappointed in this whole place.

this is absolutely the worst place ever. all of my belongings are covered in rat feces. these people are shady and crooks. i am reporting this location to lane county environmental health. i cannot go into my unit as it is a bio-hazard. rat piss and feces all over the place and the general manager, Christina, refuses to call me back. do not store your stuff here. they will raise your rent after the first month and your belongings will be subject to rodent infestation.

I have used at least 4 or 5 storage areas, incl for a trailer, over the last 11 years I have lived here in Eugene. I've never had a problem. This unit was rodent infested in less than 3 months. Beware that they disclaim responsibility for anything and everything in the lease! This apparently includes pest control.

I would give less than 1 if possible. Evil greedy corporation. Find somewhere else. They raise rent every 9 months or so

Been there less than a month. Had some hacks do some work there. Left the doors open to the weather on the sides of the doors for about ten days. Than I show up and my door is unsecured because one of the rails was totally unbolted. Then after less than a month they are raising my rent from $167.00 to $234.00 after one month. Then I was told they would do this every 90 to 120 days. This is extortion. Run don't walk from these pos's. I hope the CEO knows the public has had it.
This place is a joke. Do not store anything you care about here. My things were ruined because of the rodent infestation. Hopefully me and my family weren't exposed to Hantavirus. The parent company knows about the infestation and does nothing.
I didn't get storage for my student in time for the summer, so I had to go here. I needed storage for 1 month and one day. Our contract was from August 16- September 16. I was unable to move my students stuff out until September 17th. I had to pay for the whole month, this place does not pro rate no matter what. Increased my rent twice in less than a year, be warned. Otherwise the service was fine but they're greedy.
