I contacted the rep who emailed me and the rep who called me telling them before closing, I would like a list of the costs. This was not done. Both the buyer, Jennifer Lynch and myself, Linda Kramer, signed the contract with the addendum for me to pay $3,000 of the closing cost instead of $4500. This was totally ignored and my request for a lists of the cost before closing was totally ignored. Closing was scheduled before a clear title was issued. Many documents were incorrect including deed and tax forms. 12 individuals were involved in the transaction and all unsatisfied with the incorrect documents and lack of confirmation and timing in the process. While it is appreciated that the coordinator attempted to speed the process for all parties, an overwhelming number of mistakes were made and an entire signatory was not allowed time to sign. Worst business experience of my life. Closed in June 2019 at the Jackson office and still having issues. Troy Howdyshell will not return my phone calls or help in any way. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Contract I signed is not the one that was filed with the court. Information on contract is wrong. Many other issues as well.

Very poor customer service. Did not return calls, did not receive closing paperwork in a timely manner. When we did receive it there were two errors totaling $3,000. When they finally fixed it we had to scramble to get the funds wired in time for the closing.
