Sheila and Carmetta were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They kept me in the loop and calmed me down when I started panicking when I thought things were going wrong.
Ashley helped me understand our charges before closing. Signing was organized and quick. The only problem was the bank routing number for an ABA transfer, and Ashley walked me through getting the right number from our bank.
We have enjoyed the constant update all alone the way. Plus the closing went like clock work. Great job folks. We will absolutely refer NW every opportunity we get Ed & Charlotte Ramey

Very quick
Great experience. Did not move as fast as we needed at first. Need to be able to take earnest money online like Ohio Real Title does. Had to drop check off in Columbus as due date to get money in was Dec 26th. Process to get money to you needs to be easier. Morgan Hickman did a great job as buyer (me) was very demanding. I would want her as my agent in any transaction.
