The Rep was not prepared. We have yet to receive our Home Warranty portion of the closure.
Our closing was easy and quick. Crissa Felkner was great and made the closing go smoothly. Parking at the Lancaster location was difficult. The day of closing, the survey crew was at the wrong lot and repeatedly insisted they were at the correct location. We had to drive to our lot and take our own photos in order to close that day because of the incompetent survey crew.
