This is my first time at your practice and I thought that everyone was very nice and professional. I felt a little more at ease being that I have known Dr. Thomas for a long time.
Had my teeth cleaned today and it was very thorough. I have been going to Northwood Dental for at least 12 years and appreciate the quality of dental service that is provided. He has a great staff and the facility is very inviting. And not to mention the views from the chair of the woods and pond is very relaxing. My entire family raves about Dr. Thomas too.
Candice is wonderful. She told me what she was going to do before she did it. Dr. Taple did a thorough exam and I was finished in no time.
I am normally frightened of dentists, but this is one dental clinic I enjoy going to. Their waiting room is immaculate, their collection of magazines excellent, if you arrive early for an appointment. You get greeted by pleasant people at reception, and the dental hygienists remember you and know details about your teeth. Dr. Thomas checks on your teeth after the thorough cleaning and gives you an honest assessment. Indeed Dr. Thomas and his dental hygienists have saved my teeth!
