This is not my normal dental location but they were covering for staff vacations in other locations. I had a crown break over the weekend; they talked to me a couple times over the weekend and got me in on Monday morning to get the crown fixed. Everyone from the moment I checked in until I left provided top notch service, very professional and genuinely concerned about my care and comfort. Didn’t expect my experience to be so perfect. The ladies were extremely knowledgable (definitely not their first rodeo) the doctor that came in was STRAIGHT to the point and very thourough. Had me in that chair, sleep in 5 and woke in 5 (what seemed like). I can honestly say, I had no problem with Norton Family.
