Good enough that we came back a few days later. The deviled eggs weee wonderful as last time, but slightly different. The scallops were fantastic. The schnitzel is an interesting non-traditional realization; fettuccine is an interesting pairing. Nice wine selection by the glass.
The salad and deviled egg appetizer were better than the main course. Steak was too gristly and the fish had too much sauce. Service was very good and the ambience is nice.
I live locally, and this is one of my most favorite places to unwind and enjoy time with good friends over a delicious meal. It’s beautiful and the staff are kind and inviting.
The restaurant itself is absolutely lovely. The food was outstanding and beautifully presented and our waitress Laura was amazing attentive but not hovering. Best meal we’ve had area and will definitely go back.
The location was beautiful. Walking in the gardens was very lovely and there were great views to the harbor. Inside the restaurant the table was OK and the servers seemed fine, but we could not tell who our server was as we had several people serve us. This was a bit confusing. We ordered an appetizer and then a random server came by to drop off a desert that we did not order. We got drinks and then the main course. The appetizer was never dropped off. The food was delicious, the presentation was nice. Our tiramisu desert wa... read more
We dined early on NYE and thus had a serene and beautiful, tucked away window table. Wonderful food, kind and efficient service and an amazing setting....strolled around the gardens and down to the harbor after dinner to listen to the resident raucous sea lions and view the lights on the harbor. Beautiful and well worth it. Kudos to the owners for the beautifully restored Noyo Harbor Inn.
The food was ok but our waitress was awful. The person bringing water to our table was so much more attentive than our waitress. Parking is terrible especially if you need handicapped parking. They have one handicapped parking spot and unfortunately it was occupied. We had to park on a hill and walk to the restaurant. It was a real struggle walking up the hill after dinner.
Had a 7:30 reservation. Server did not come to take our order til well after 8:00 and made no apology for the long delay. Took a long time to get each course. We brought our own wine. Asked the bartender to open for us as they did say there could be a 5 minute or so wait (she was very pleasant). Took the wine to our table and our server never once came to pour our wine the entire evening and he was not particularly engaging or pleasant and added nothing to our dining experience like a good server can. The bus boy was very pl... read more
A nice place to dine. Excellent food and wine selection. Service was slow but I think that was due to the full house for New Years Eve.
