I was able to rent a unit on short notice when it became clear that all our stuff wouldn't fit into our new house. Heidi was very helpful while showing me the various size options. She also took the time to reach out to me personally when auto payments were interrupted due to fraudulent activity on my bank card. We got the situation resolved without incurring any late fees.
