We went to the Southern Self Storage in Ponce, Puerto Rico. Our manager Jennifer Zayas was very friendly, professional and answered all our contract questions clearly and with detail. We got a tour of the facilities especially the exact size of the unit we needed and was very helpful explaining how to come in and out of our storage unit and premises. We were very pleased with the surveillance system and the fact that a manager is on the site 5 days a week. Thank you.Â
