kristi and another lady were very helpful during my first experience renting a storage unit. Even though i had a lot of confusion and questions along the way, they were always able to help me out in the most fast and respectful way! I rented the storage space, March 2020. I decided that I no longer needed the storage space, so I removed all my personal items and notified the front office that I would no longer be utilizing the small storage space, March 2025. I made 98% of my storage space payments over the phone, using my debit card. Utilizing their automated payment system over the phone was fantastic, it saved me time and made everything very convenient.
