I have been going through financial difficulty which made me very stressed out making my storage payments. Both Sherri and Thomas worked with me. They were both understanding & empathetic. Neither one of them wanted me to lose the contents of my storage which held sentimental contents such as the graduation memorabilia for myself and my daughter.
