Jay at the 547 Easthampton Rd location was a pleasure to work with. My college student daughter and I met him on the day that we moved her out of her dorm room for the summer. We had just discovered that her belongings couldn't all fit into the car. When we arrived at the rental office, Jay greeted with a warm smile.
