I'm old now and have had many storage units throughout my life. If you need storage and you are in Slidell, this is the place to go. The young lady who works there, Leslie, is wonderful. From the moment I spoke with her on the phone from Arkansas, as we prepared to move my parents belongings (67 year marriage), she was king, courteous, helpful, and professional. Rented a storage space online. Traveled 2 hours the next day to secure storage unit and move items into storage. The Computer system locked up some how and did not take my reservation. Rene, the manager from the Alcoa storage facility figure out the problem while covering for a coworker at the Friendsville facility.
