Keri and Valencia are always so helpful. They will call and let me know when my packages arrive, which saves a lot of time for me during the week. They both are very courteous and they keep the storage unit areas cleaned and free of dust. I’ve been very happy with their customer service.

We are new to the area and found Southern Self Storage. The units are very clean, the property is well maintained with security and gate. The staff Keri and Valencia are so sweet and very helpful! They really go out of their way to make this a pleasant experience. I recommend this place!!
