The managers are good people ,however there hands are tied by the owners. I was a customer over 3 years ,I was diagnosed with cancer and had 7 chemo and 20 radiation treatments . As I struggled with my finances, bonny tried but couldn't help. I lost 10 years of personal and business paperwork not to mention many personal items. My major problem is I was promised a phone call and never received one.
