My tech Edward was awesome. He had a difficult time with the wrong google map directions but was still able to find us. That is incredible to know. He was very professional and knowledgeable and he’s welcome back anytime. The lady on the phone was also very very helpful. Thank you Numotion for all of your help. I absolutely love the service mechanic Kevin. His attention to detail makes up for the long wait times with scheduling. He is thorough, polite, very much an advocate for the customer with what needs to be done. He is the best thing about NUMOTION.
