Marciel did fine. He arrived on time, was polite, and quickly changed to the wheels on my wheelchair. I have no complaint with him. However, I’m not convinced that no wheels were really necessary. My caregiver and I asked if we could have the “old“ wheels when they were taken off and replaced by new ones. Marciel gave them to us. The wait for service was exceptionally long, even with complaining to the upper management. The service technician has been here many times and completed the service well.
