Brent was very nice. My doorways are a little smaller then the chair. He took the left one off so I could get it through the doorway. Left us with it in case we move and have bigger doorways. He answered all my questions and he explained everything I needed to know about my new chair. I am so excited to have it. Thank you for everything you did to get me into it. The padded arms look good to me. He sits in this chair all day and with summer is on its way it will save his arms from scaring. Donna Smith
