The tech was on time and completed the two tasks. I was very pleased with the support. It would be nice if there was not such a time lag between when the parts are received and the tech drives out for the install. It is not always practical to take the chair into the office for repairs. Other than that, service was great!

The technician, Antonio was great. He was able to fix all the repairs without needing multiple follow-up appointments. The issue was how long this process took - from being able to get an appointment for initial evaluation, how long it took for parts to come in and then get scheduled for the actual repair appointment. This repair order was for damages from a recent trip - airline damages. Repairs were being covered by Global Repair Group.
