We were greeted by name when we arrived and as always, Chris took care of Chloe's chair, changing her wheels and listening to our concerns and checking on some issues we were having with her chair. He ran a diagnostic and explained what he found and contacted me later with further information and placed on order for her additional needs! Very satisfied with his work and attention. Great customer service great technicians came out did a great job repair my wheelchair and now good to go five star every time.
Numotions were very knowledgeable kind and always answered my questions to my satisfaction. They were kind ans helped me get back in my chair. The technician who came out to fix my chair did it faster than what I thought it would. He Was kind and knowledgeable when I asked him questions. I will always recommend Numothins to anyone in a chair needing help. Numotions is very Awesome in my book.
