We were greeted by name when we arrived and as always, Chris took care of Chloe's chair, changing her wheels and listening to our concerns and checking on some issues we were having with her chair. He ran a diagnostic and explained what he found and contacted me later with further information and placed on order for her additional needs! Very satisfied with his work and attention.
