You Folks have sent repair persons to my house 2 times in the last 6 months, once to replace the batteries and just last week to up grade my chair. All of the them have been great but none of them have known exactly how to complete the job they came to do. After 3 hours trying to replace batteries the first person had to end up taking the chair back to the shop to do the job. Just this week 2 repair persons came to modify my chair. They got the parts added but after 3 hours found that the chair had be reprogramed to accept ... read more
