My therapists were great. Nurses and CNA’s during the week were great. However the nurses and staff on the weekends were not as attentive. I went in on a Saturday and he had had a nosebleed and his shirt was covered in blood and he was soaking wet where they had not changed him.
I called num Orion and therapy to say I would be 10 minutes late due to traffic accident. I've been waiting for a wheelchair evaluation and fit for over a month. They did not get me into a wheelchair. Not really happy about it because it was ordered over a month ago

The repair person was very nice. The person that ordered the tires/wheels/casters ordered the wrong ones. My hub cap things didn't fit the new ones. The wheels were smaller than the original ones. One of the pieces on my foot pate is either to big or put in the wrong place. It sticks out to far making it difficult to get thru doors, around my small apartment and problems in stores, doctors offices and more. Called NuMotion today to schedule service for my wheelchair. They refused to schedule service because I already have the parts and they could not rob me for a bigger markup. I also had an appointment for a new chair eval scheduled which I just cancelled. There's no way I'll spend 10k on a new chair with them if they refuse to service my chair. This is how companies go bankrupt and hopefully they do.
