The service was very nice. He explained every that was done and what needs to be done.
Little difficult to contact the correct person at the branch level but being able to easily track the repair order status was easy. The technician Evan was great and took pride in his work
Rodney and Evan have been critical in keeping me up and rolling with my power wheelchair. (Pun intended*)Their experience with the handicap community is essential to have in a technician.
