I was nervous going with a different company from who I've done business with before but they were AMAZING! My insurance was a pain in the bum and they fought for almost a year to get my new chair and it's awesome! Nice people and good communication.
Great customer service Julie Iverson was there when I needed her. She was able to set me in the right direction as far as what I needed to do to get a seating evaluation. She’s very helpful.
This was the first time taking my chair into the shop for repair if I waited for an in-home visit it would’ve taken weeks. I was able to get an appointment the next week. The tech repaired my chair while I waited 20 to 30 minutes. I was very pleased with that Gary, the service tech made sure the chair was comfortable for me before I left.
Extremely good service and received my power chair very soon. Great staff and support team. No medical ripoff with nu ,motion. Other companies rip off your insurance like you wouldn't believe but not nu motion.
Gary did a fantastic job on my chair! It works now, just need a few more adj. Parts, however, it doesn't die on me anymore, Evan and Josh did their best as well. God bless you!!
