Answered all of my questions plus gave me more information that I didn’t know I needed. Very friendly yet professional. His sense of excitement for me to be able to be more independent let me know I was more than just another customer . His demeanor helped calm my anxiety as a first time wheelchair user. The time my husband and I spent with Brad Looper was much more than we ever expected. Can’t wait for my wheelchair delivery!

The delivery was great and he asked if i needed anything adjusted to make the chair fit me better, but everything seemed to work out perfectly for me. I really appreciate the delivery service. I have never had anyone else deliver a wheelchair to me before. I’m very happy with the way everything worked out for me. From the first time i was in the seating clinic to today when i received the wheelchair. Everything was excellent. Thanks for all the support. Artie.
