Getting the chair delivered was a great experience. James was very helpful. He explained everything about how the chair works and then made sure I was able to navigate it through the house. I was unable to meet with him at the time they scheduled. I had a previous appointment already. He left and came back later to get the chair set up. I thought that was very nice. I was well pleased.
