Customer service experience is the worst I have ever dealt with. It has lost the wonderful service of when you called everybody knew you from the CARR Rehab days and when you called you could actually speak to somebody from the location you used. What was once a 1 call have answers or a plan immediately with that call is now several calls sometimes over weeks to set up a simple appointment. I miss Carr Rehab. They were efficient, very friendly, speedy in getting parts and service. We were able to go directly to the Knoxville location and have repairs done. They had parts in stock. None of this 2 months later waiting for service. They never ordered the wrong parts. Now I guess I have to wait another two months for the correct wheels that were ordered by a phone chat video person. (not the correct ones for my chair). And another delay waiting for my doctor to sign something before the correct wheels can be ordere... read more
