TJ was in time and very knowledgeable about what I needed. Excellent! The therapist was also very knowledgeable and didn’t take too much of my time. Overall the experience was excellent!!!

Dusty is fantastic. Always goes above ann beyond what is expected. Equipment is very subpar.
Had to wait for two months and I was going to be put off for another month if I wasn’t able to get to Little Rock by January 24th. I fell in the shower because of a total brake failure. I understand that things wear out and break from time to time but this wasn’t a luxury part replacement. It was a very essential brake repair. My wheelchair was completely useless during this down time. Jim/James was the tech. He is very good and fast. He’s the only reason that I didn’t give a one star rating. We have NOT heard anything from you regarding updates & service on my husbands wheelchair. The rehab lady has been in contact with you regarding things that need to be done on his wheelchair, but she has not contacted us on status & neither have you. So we are just waiting!
