Caroline is great. She's been working with Matthew for several years now. She's kind, listens to his needs, and helps as best she can to make our son comfortable in his wheelchair, making recommendations. However, sometimes her hands are tied with middleman decision-makers, so her efforts can't be met, which is unfortunate.

Great experience ! The technician Nathan was very friendly and knowledgeable. I wish that Numotion could set appointments for a more accurate time, rather than a 4 hour window. It's not easy for a handicapped person to make themselves available for a 4 hour timeframe.

He was knowledgeable and informative. He and the physical therapist communicated together well disusing the capabilities and limitations of the chair with me. He was friendly and remembered having delivered my chair to me.. He was attentive as I discussed the problems that I had and how the upgrades would be necessary with the Therapist.
