The whole process took quiet sometime. I understand it takes time for the insurance process. Then when setting up my appointment, since I am not in the location proximity, I wasn't offered service at home. I specifically told them the I'd want to go to the Aurora in-house. All good until then my scheduling and told when my parts were in at Grand Junction. They said I could schedule there, well no way does that work for me!
