Tech was wonderful took his time to teach us and also install the seat belt and gave me the instructions book if I have any questions he was very helpful

Kathryn was very knowledgeable of all aspects of wheelchair structure, choices, present machine and how I qualify for a new chair. She explained the process of acquisition very thoroughly and was sure of my understanding. The entire interview was very pleasant including connection with the third party technician. I can’t imagine that anyone could have done a better job.

Quick and painless, no complaints. Repair tech was professional and communicative, and I left them to their business. The only caveat is that the process from first contact to the repair itself has a good number of steps, so patience is absolutely necessary. Each person involved in this process is surely overworked and underpaid, so remember to be empathetic with them before you jump down their throats.
