Kathryn was very knowledgeable of all aspects of wheelchair structure, choices, present machine and how I qualify for a new chair. She explained the process of acquisition very thoroughly and was sure of my understanding. The entire interview was very pleasant including connection with the third party technician. I can’t imagine that anyone could have done a better job.

Quick and painless, no complaints. Repair tech was professional and communicative, and I left them to their business. The only caveat is that the process from first contact to the repair itself has a good number of steps, so patience is absolutely necessary. Each person involved in this process is surely overworked and underpaid, so remember to be empathetic with them before you jump down their throats.

The experience was excellent, Daniel and the therapist were a big help in explaining my needs, they listened to what my concerns were regarding my daily challenges, before I could ask a question they had already answered it, I think that was due to the obvious years of experience they displayed.
