Tech was wonderful took his time to teach us and also install the seat belt and gave me the instructions book if I have any questions he was very helpful

Kathryn was very knowledgeable of all aspects of wheelchair structure, choices, present machine and how I qualify for a new chair. She explained the process of acquisition very thoroughly and was sure of my understanding. The entire interview was very pleasant including connection with the third party technician. I can’t imagine that anyone could have done a better job.
