Randy (think that was his name) your Sales rep, could not have been better!!! Great experience and he makes you feel that he truly cares about you and wants to do ya right!!!! He was on time and to the point! Covered everything! Need more like him! He was great! PT person was also considerate and kind! Your care givers were organized, personable and seemed quite knowledgeable. When they left, Rodney had decided which chair he felt would be a good fit for my needs and a plan was outlined to work with my physician and insurance. It was so convenient that they came to my home which made things much easier for me
