Your company may have saved my life after apparently being sent the wrong chair from a different company. This chair was for someone short and at least 150lbs; I am 5’8 barely at 100 lbs & after just a few months of using it, I developed 2 stage 4 pressure sores! Thank you so much for getting me the right chair as I am now healing from this horrible experience!

The repair fix 99% of the problem. I mentioned that the speed was still all the same no matter what I set it at. I am not sure he heard me, or maybe he felt with the new repair I didn't know how to run it.
