Customer Service is so amazing.
The repair fix 99% of the problem. I mentioned that the speed was still all the same no matter what I set it at. I am not sure he heard me, or maybe he felt with the new repair I didn't know how to run it.
My evaluation was very thorough and the specialist was very attentive to what I needed. We ran into some issues with sizing a new wheelchair for me, and he was eager to help us figure it out.
