My chair was delivered exactly on time and the technician took his time in making sure everything fit me and that I was satisfied. This is my second chair from Numotion and I’m sure it will not be my last.

I evaluated two Soho Cushions. One is honeycombed on half, second is full honeycombed. Currently I am having trouble sitting straight with both. I want to slide forward. NuMotion Rep Jeff Morris has gone Above & Beyond many times through this process. In addition I have parts on Order in NuMotion system for my Permobile Chair. Anxiously awaiting for this process to conclude?

The add on was excellent however your sales rep Jeff did not listen very well to what was intended to be on wheelchair in the first place so I had to add it on. It was the whole reason for a new wheelchair and it was not even on the instructions for new chair. I just ask he listen better
