When it comes to getting a new wheel chair. Nu motion. Does an assessment right away. But when it come to fixing an old one it takes way way to long. You need to fix this

Poor communication, poor customer service. The phone service system is terrible. They basically hold a monopoly on wheelchair parts and service, so they are in no hurry to fix things, or to go out of their way to do a dang thing.
