Steve was kind and knowledgeable in finding the right wheelchair for Max. Jackie has been very helpful getting the forms needed from doctors and helping us get things moving. Our experience with NuMotion has been very positive so far.

Long wait time for construction and delivery(months). Upon delivery wheelchair was sent back for simple modifications. Modifications took weeks. Delivery was scheduled then delayed due to employee was ill. Poor communication. Took 2 months for delivrtu

I have trouble with my controller on my chair. The tec is fine, but he did not have the right programmer for my chair. Now, it seems to me, you provided me with this chair, you get paid the rental, so you should know what equipment I have. That was on December 11th, and I have not heard another word from you since. Great customer service, just great.
