I want to start by saying the technician who came to my home was kind, professional, and did everything he could. This review is not about him. My issue is with Numotion's repair system. I waited 3–4 months for a replacement inner tube after the Huntsville office closed and Birmingham became responsible for North and Central Alabama with only one repair technician.
